Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellation Fee: If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up, a $30 cancellation fee will apply.
No-Show Fee: If no one is available to receive the pet at the scheduled time and location, the full fare for the service will be charged.
Notes:
Round Trip Discount: Round-trip fares are discounted compared to two one-way trips. Both trips must be booked together to receive the round-trip pricing.
Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for special requests (e.g., airport trips, mountain roads, or longer stops).
Waiting Time: A waiting time fee may apply if the driver has to wait for an extended period (e.g., during appointments or grooming sessions).
Multi-Dog Discount: Please contact us for a multi-dog discount if you are transporting more than one dog at the same time.
